1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you browse, create an account on, or purchase products from Aster Edit. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
These Terms apply to the online store and checkout operated under the Aster Edit name. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping & Returns page. If those documents provide more specific information about a subject, that information supplements these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including mandatory rights under Spanish or European Union law.

the website is“ointly operated” by Cherrycom Worldwide SL and [Yixiang E-Commerce Co., Ltd.]
3. Product information and availability
We try to describe each product accurately, including its materials, dimensions, colors, included pieces, care requirements, and any visible variations. Images and screen settings can affect how color, texture, scale, reflections, and finish appear. Natural or handmade variations in glass, crystal, ceramic, and other materials are not necessarily defects.
Availability is shown as in stock or out of stock and may change without notice. A set is sold as the complete item described on its product page unless the page expressly says that pieces may be purchased separately. We may correct errors concerning description, price, quantity, availability, or delivery, and we may decline or cancel an affected order as explained below.
4. Placing an order and contract formation
Before placing an order, review your bag, delivery address, selected shipping method, currency, total price, payment method, and these Terms. By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
Your order is not finally accepted merely because a checkout page displays an order number or sends you to a payment page. We may accept your order by confirming it, preparing it for dispatch, dispatching it, or otherwise indicating acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not confirmed, an item is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, the order appears fraudulent or unlawful, or we are unable to deliver to the address provided. If we cancel and have received payment for the affected order or item, we will refund that amount.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Please check your address carefully. We may contact you if an address is incomplete or if we need to verify an order.
5. Prices, taxes, shipping, and import charges
Product prices and the final amount payable are shown in US dollars before you place an order. The total shown at checkout includes the selected shipping charge unless otherwise stated. We do not add sales tax to the checkout total.
Under the current standard shipping rule, international shipping is $30 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $150, and free at $150 or more. Shipping eligibility and the applicable delivery charge are recalculated and displayed at checkout. If another valid shipping option is selected at checkout, that selected option applies. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed dates.
Import duties, VAT, customs processing fees, carrier charges, or similar destination charges that are not collected at checkout may be requested from the recipient by customs authorities or the carrier. The recipient is responsible for those charges unless applicable law requires otherwise. Delays caused by customs clearance or a failure to pay destination charges are outside our reasonable control.
Please review the amount charged by your bank or payment provider. Currency conversion, cross-border transaction, or similar fees imposed by your bank or payment provider may appear separately and are not charges collected by Aster Edit.
6. Payment and pending orders
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change depending on the destination, currency, device, and current availability of our payment providers. Depending on the option selected, payments may be processed by PayPal, Stripe, or another provider identified in the checkout flow. Your payment may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, authentication requirements, and security checks.
An order may be recorded while payment is still pending. A “pending payment” status, checkout page, order number, or payment attempt does not by itself prove that funds have been received. We prepare an order for shipment only after payment status is confirmed. If your payment appears to have succeeded but your order still shows as pending, contact us with the order number and any payment receipt. We may verify the transaction with the relevant payment provider.
If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, is subject to a chargeback, or is not confirmed within a reasonable period, we may suspend or cancel the affected order. If a payment is later reversed after a refund has also been issued, you agree to cooperate in resolving the resulting duplicate refund. We will not ask you to send card details or a password by ordinary email.
7. Dispatch, delivery, risk, and title
We arrange dispatch after payment is confirmed and the item is available. The carrier and tracking information will depend on the destination and shipping service selected. Delivery times begin when the carrier accepts the shipment and can be affected by destination, customs, public holidays, weather, and other events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for a delay caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery details supplied by you, a missed delivery attempt, a refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay applicable import or carrier charges. If a parcel is returned because of such an issue, we may contact you about reshipment or cancellation and any reasonable costs permitted by applicable law.
For consumers, risk of loss or damage passes when you or a person nominated by you physically receives the goods, unless delivery is arranged to a carrier chosen by you that was not offered by us. Nothing in this section affects your rights concerning goods that are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
8. Cancellations before dispatch
If you need to cancel an order, contact tristanhubendick358@gmail.com as soon as possible and include the order number. If the affected item has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid using the original payment method. If the order has already been dispatched, the return process in the next section applies.
A request to cancel does not by itself confirm cancellation. Wait for our confirmation. Nothing in this section reduces any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available to you.
9. Returns and refunds
You may request a return and refund within 15 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible for this return option, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging and accessories. You must provide your order number or another reasonable proof of purchase.
Contact us before sending anything back so that we can confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and give you the correct return address. Do not send a return to the registered company address, which is not a returning address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable service because you remain responsible for the item until it is received by us.
After receiving a return, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. We may decline the discretionary return of an item that has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, or where parts or original packaging are missing. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described.
We do not offer discretionary exchanges. Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy and applicable law. For orders marked as gifts, refunds are normally issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
Please read the full Refund and Returns Policy for eligibility conditions, the return process, and refund timing. That policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your mandatory statutory rights.
10. Damaged, incorrect, or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears faulty, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Do not discard the item or packaging before speaking with us. We may ask you to provide additional information so that the issue can be assessed.
Where a return is required because an item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we will provide appropriate instructions. We will not charge you for return shipping where applicable law requires us to bear that cost. You may also have a right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the consumer law that applies to your purchase.
11. Accounts and order-status access
You may use an account where available or check an order through the order status page. Order lookup normally requires the order number and the email address used at checkout. Keep that email secure and do not share a private access link with others.
Order emails are currently off. Save the order number shown after checkout. If you lose the number or need help accessing your order, contact us from the email address used for the purchase where possible. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been misused.
12. Acceptable use
You may browse the website, place genuine orders, communicate with us, and use the order-status service for their intended purposes. You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
- interfere with or attempt to bypass security, authentication, rate limits, or payment controls;
- introduce malware, perform disruptive automated requests, scrape the website for commercial use, or place excessive or artificial orders;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your connection with a person or organization, or use another person’s payment or contact details without permission;
- infringe intellectual property rights or use website content in a way that is not permitted by these Terms; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.
We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached or where necessary to protect customers, payment systems, or the website. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and allow you to respond.
13. Intellectual property
The Aster Edit name, website design, text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Aster Edit or the relevant rights holders. They are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair-competition laws.
You may view and print reasonable portions of the website for your own personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, scrape, or create commercial derivatives from website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
14. Third-party services and links
Our checkout uses third-party services, which may include WooCommerce, PayPal, Stripe, and payment methods or wallets operated through those providers. Shipping may require us to provide necessary delivery information to a carrier or logistics provider. When you use a third-party service, its own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
The website may link to pages, products, or services operated by others, including our shipping-information site. Links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible. Complaints about a third-party service should normally be raised with that provider, but you may also contact us for help with an Aster Edit order.
15. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information to operate the store, process and deliver orders, prevent misuse, provide support, and improve the storefront. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, how checkout and logistics providers may process it, and how you can make a privacy request.
We use cookies and similar storage where needed to keep your bag and checkout working, protect forms, and measure website use in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to records we must retain for an order or by law.
16. Information, availability, and errors
We work to keep product and order information accurate and the website available, but the website may contain errors, omissions, or temporary interruptions. Product presentation can differ between devices and browsers. We do not promise that every page will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
If a material error affects an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and may correct the error, confirm a revised order, or cancel the affected order and refund the amount paid. Mandatory rights relating to conformity, defects, and misleading information are not excluded by this section.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Subject to the rights described below, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, and we exclude warranties, conditions, and representations to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In particular, we do not exclude or limit liability for:
- fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence;
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- defective goods or a failure of goods to conform where liability cannot lawfully be excluded; or
- any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss arising from a third-party service or an event outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the total amount paid to us for the affected order. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.
18. Your responsibility and indemnity
You are responsible for your account activity, the information you submit, the payment method you use, and any breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Aster Edit and its operators against reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your submission of fraudulent, infringing, or abusive material.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own act, omission, negligence, or breach of these Terms, and it does not apply to consumers where such an obligation would be prohibited or limited by applicable law.
19. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, customs action, network or payment-provider outage, governmental action, or a material failure in infrastructure not under our control.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and to contact you where it affects your order. If a delay becomes materially significant, cancellation and refund rights available under these Terms or applicable law continue to apply.
20. Changes to these terms and the website
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, payment providers, shipping arrangements, or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not retroactively remove rights relating to an order already placed, unless a change is required by law.
We may change products, prices, payment options, shipping methods, website features, or availability at any time, subject to rights relating to orders already accepted.
21. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account or the order-status service where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful or fraudulent conduct, a serious breach of these Terms, or non-payment of an order. We will take reasonable steps to preserve information that you are entitled to receive and to avoid affecting unaffected orders.
You may stop using the website at any time. Ending your use does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment, refund, return, intellectual property, liability, and dispute provisions that by their nature should survive.
22. Complaints and assistance
Please contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a complaint. Include your order number, email address, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photographs or payment information. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and will explain any additional information needed.
These Terms are governed by the law stated below. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from mandatory rules of the law of your usual place of residence where those rules apply. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a consumer authority, using a lawful alternative dispute-resolution process, or bringing a matter before a competent court where the law gives you that right.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide You Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Spain.
23. General legal terms
These Terms, together with the policies and checkout information referred to above, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning the website and an order, subject to applicable law. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply and the invalid part will be treated as modified only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your agreement with us without our consent. We may transfer our rights or arrange for services to be performed by an operator or provider where this does not materially reduce your rights. Electronic messages, order records, and checkout confirmations may be used as evidence to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version controls if there is a translation discrepancy.
24. Contact us
For questions about an order, payment status, delivery, cancellation, return, website use, or these Terms, email tristanhubendick358@gmail.com. Include your order number and use the email address associated with the order where possible. For privacy requests, follow the instructions in our Privacy Policy.
Your mandatory statutory rights are in addition to the choices and protections described in these Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, the law prevails.
